Dickinson Williams advises on the sale of Thermex-Thermatron

Dickinson Williams & Company served as the exclusive financial advisor to Thermex-Thermatron, Inc. in its sale to Druid Capital Partners.

Thermex-Thermatron is a leading manufacturer of industrial radio frequency (RF) and microwave (MW) systems for drying and sealing applications. Located in Louisville, Kentucky, the Company has been an industry pioneer for more than 75 years.
