Dickinson Williams advises on the sale of Trilogy Communications

Dickinson Williams & Company is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Trilogy Communications, Inc. (“Trilogy” or the “Company”), an operating company of Falcon Affiliates, in its sale to Marmon Holdings, Inc. (“Marmon”), a Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK) company.

Founded in 1985 and headquartered in the Jackson, Mississippi metro area, Trilogy is a leader in designing, manufacturing, and marketing premium air-dielectric coaxial cables for complex wireless communication deployments.  The Company’s proprietary AirCell® cable manufacturing process and cutting-edge technology enable Trilogy’s products to meet the diverse needs of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and radio frequency communications systems in industries ranging from transit and healthcare to public safety.

Commenting on the acquisition of Trilogy by Marmon’s Industrial Energy & Infrastructure Group (“Marmon IEI”), Christopher Venice, President of Marmon IEI, said “Trilogy Communications’ reputation for excellence aligns seamlessly with Marmon IEI’s commitment to providing top-tier industrial and electrical solutions.  This strategic acquisition reinforces our dedication to advancing the capabilities of wireless communication infrastructure, and we look forward to the exciting possibilities this partnership presents.”

“We are excited for Trilogy to become part of Marmon IEI, which will provide the Company and its team members with the resources, integrated solutions, and focused strategic direction to facilitate growth and innovation,” said Will Krusen, President of Falcon Affiliates.  “Trilogy has a history of product development and customer service, and a committed team.  I look forward to seeing the Company’s continued success within the larger Marmon platform.  I also want to thank the team at Dickinson Williams for their hard work and creativity to find the right partner for Trilogy and close a transaction that met the needs of all parties,” he added.
