Dickinson Williams advises on the sale of National Datacare Corporation

Dickinson Williams & Company is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to National Datacare Corporation (“NDC” or the “Company”) in its sale to a private buyer.

Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia, NDC is the leading provider of resident trust fund management software and services to skilled nursing, assisted living, and intellectually and developmentally disabled facility operators in the United States. The Company’s proprietary software allows long-term care facility operators and their parent organizations to maintain and track resident funds, while also reducing instances of fraud and misuse. The Company serves over 500,000 residents across more than 8,000 facilities in 49 states and Washington, D.C.
