Dickinson Williams advises on the sale of B and D Foods, Mountain View Packaging, and Tamarack Foods

Dickinson Williams & Company is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to B and D Foods, Mountain View Packaging, and Tamarack Foods (collectively, “B and D”) in its sale to Day-Lee Foods, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of Osaka, Japan-based NH Foods Ltd. (TSE: 2282) and member of the Nipponham Group.

Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Boise, Idaho, B and D Foods, Mountain View Packaging, and Tamarack Foods are leading U.S. producers of frozen tempura chicken, beef, pork, and Asian meal kits. The companies have production and packaging operations in Boise, Idaho, and Americus, Georgia.
